Workday Student Recruiting & Admissions Implementation Senior Consultant

About This Role

As a Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
• Participate in all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Partner with institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Configure Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules to meet defined requirements
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts for various testing phases
• Assist end-users during the hypercare period, providing rapid resolution for system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, actively contributing to issue resolution, project status updates, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience with the functional support of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
• Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Workday Student certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
