As a Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules for clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
- Participate in all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Partner with institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Configure Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules to meet defined requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts for various testing phases
- Assist end-users during the hypercare period, providing rapid resolution for system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, actively contributing to issue resolution, project status updates, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience with the functional support of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
- Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Workday Student certification(s)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
