Workday PMO Testing and Cutover Lead

About This Role

This role coordinates testing efforts and cutover activities for Workday system project deployments within Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice, ensuring successful financial and HR ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts that validate system project deployments
• Work with Workstream Leads to develop the test strategy and test plans
• Identify test requirements, create test scenarios, and oversee the execution of testing activities
• Develop Cutover Strategy, Checklist, and Detailed Cutover Plan/Deployment
• Drive execution of cut-over activities and system change-over activities
• Facilitate cutover dress rehearsal activities with clients and drive execution of cut-over activities and system change-over activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience with Workday implementations (ERP financials, HR, project management cutover, testing management)
• 2+ years of experience in ERP testing tools
• Public Sector Workday Implementation experience
• Experience with at least 1 ERP implementation involving client workshop facilitation and coordinating tasks for clients across multiple departments
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to travel 50% on average

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience with Workday implementations, including ERP financials and HR implementation, project management cutover and cutover execution, testing management and testing execution.

Nice to Have

• Higher education Workday implementation experience
• Workday certified
• Familiarity with Smartsheets
• Familiarity with Jira
