Workday Implementation Senior Consultant, Grants

About This Role

The Workday Implementation Senior Consultant (Grants) will support the configuration, conversion, and implementation of the Workday Grants module for Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team. This role involves leading client meetings and discussions to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Grants module configuration and agency engagement
• Support grant and award conversion
• Lead client meetings and discussions
• Test and implement Workday Grants module

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Workday Financials with Grants Management focus
• Experience leading configuration, deployment, and optimization of Workday Grants in complex environments
• Experience with grants accounting, compliance requirements (Uniform Guidance, federal and state regulations), and post-award management processes
• Active Workday Record to Report OR Workday Contracts to Cash Certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on Grants Management

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing for public sector clients
