Workday Implementation Senior Consultant (Grants)

About This Role

The Workday Implementation Senior Consultant for Grants supports the configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Workday Grants module for clients. This role involves leading client discussions, testing implementations, and ensuring compliance with grants accounting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Grants module configuration and agency engagement
• Support grant and award conversion
• Lead client meetings and discussions
• Test and implement Workday Grants module

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on Grants Management
• Experience leading configuration, deployment, and optimization of Workday Grants in a complex environment
• Experience with grants accounting, compliance requirements (Uniform Guidance, federal and state regulations), and post-award management processes
• Active Workday Record to Report OR Workday Contracts to Cash Certification
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on Grants Management

• Experience implementing for public sector clients
