Workday Compensation Lead Senior Application Consultant

About This Role

The Workday Compensation Lead is responsible for supporting the Workday implementation team by recommending solutions, identifying strategies, and addressing risks to meet client needs. The role involves expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation to ensure successful system delivery and ongoing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Workday Compensation.
• Lead and participate in system testing activities, including data validation and regression testing.
• Develop training materials and lead user training sessions on new Workday functionality.
• Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates, recommending enhancements to improve system efficiency.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of Workday solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.
• Focus on the development of individuals to meet future business needs.
• Manage change effectively, considering technology, business processes, and system implications.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Total Rewards and Talent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized individual with ability to prioritize independently.
• Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment.
• Experience with support and delivery of year-end reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Total Rewards and Talent.

Nice to Have

• Workday Compensation certified.
