Quality & Test Lead - SDET-POS-Automation

About This Role

As a Quality Manager / Architect, you will identify areas where quality engineering and test technology can assist customers, building practical solutions and leading test management at the project level. You will create and implement test plans, acting as the interface between the client and the test team.

Responsibilities

• Identify where quality engineering and test technology can help the customer
• Build practical solutions based on quality engineering and test technology
• Perform test management at the project level
• Create and implement test plans
• Act as the interface between client and the test team
• Coach and set up new teams
• Perform Test Automation during the sprint
• Work on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, Cloud, and Desktop
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
• Build different test scenarios and acceptance tests

Requirements

• Automation SDET
• POS Automation and Functional testing experience
• POS H/W and peripheral testing experience
• 10+ years in Agile Functional tester , POS Test Automation, Development with Quality Engineering background
• Experience on any automation tools like Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, Java, API, Python
• Experience in Agile
• Worked in Retail domain
• Excellent Communication and collaborative skills

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile Functional tester, POS Test Automation, and development with Quality Engineering background

Nice to Have

• Retail Domain experience
• Understanding on DevOps & CICD auto build process
• Experience on sending various status reports Test Closure, Weekly and monthly reports
