About This Role

This role involves leading Workday optimization and HCM deployments for clients, specifically focusing on Compensation and Advanced Compensation. The specialist will guide clients on Workday capabilities, manage AMS engagements, and provide expertise in post-production support to help organizations realize the full potential of Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
  • Lead Phase X Workday HCM deployments as the primary SME for Compensation/Advanced Compensation
  • Deliver Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs and M&A
  • Conduct health checks for clients already live on Workday, defining roadmaps for Workday optimizations
  • Serve as a resource for other Workday post-production engagements
  • Lead AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with onshore and offshore teams
  • Guide, communicate and educate clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
  • Provide Workday Advanced Compensation solutions on the fly while demonstrating the ability to think strategically

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working on Workday HCM implementations, post-production support or optimization engagements from design to deployment
  • Minimum of 6 years' Consulting experience or managing client Workday HCM system with exposure to Compensation/Advanced Compensation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration, with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system, serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements from design to deployment, working on Workday HCM implementations, post-production support or optimization engagements from design to deployment, and consulting experience or managing client Workday HCM system with exposure to Compensation/Advanced Compensation

Nice to Have

  • Active HCM and/or Advanced Compensation Workday Certification(s)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
