This role involves leading the implementation and optimization of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform for Deloitte's clients, focusing on finance, supply chain, and IT operations to drive holistic performance improvement and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Adaptive planning portions of the project
- Lead the requirements gathering, design, and architecture of Adaptive planning functions
- Lead client meetings for design and testing capabilities
- Configure Adaptive planning modules
- Coordinate integration and reporting capabilities in Adaptive
Requirements
- At least 2 Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
- Experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning design, process alignment, implementations
- Experience working with Workday Adaptive models, integrations, and reporting
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices
- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights lead
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices, and 3+ years as a Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights lead
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing Workday budget module
- Experience leading or implementing Workday financial modules
