Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning, guiding clients through design, architecture, and configuration to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of Adaptive Planning portions of the project
- Lead the requirements gathering, design, and architecture of Adaptive Planning functions
- Lead client meetings for design and testing capabilities
- Configuration of Adaptive Planning modules
- Coordinate integration and reporting capabilities in Adaptive
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Active Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Platform Services Certification
- Experience with at least 2 Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
- Leading Workday Adaptive Planning design, process alignment, implementations
- Experience working with Workday Adaptive models, integrations, and reporting
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices
- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights lead
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices, and 3+ years as a Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights lead. Experience with at least 2 Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing Workday budget module
- Experience leading or implementing Workday financial modules
