About This Role

The Work Experience Officer will develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to facilitate work placements and career development opportunities for students, focusing on securing T-level industry placements. This role involves networking, relationship building, and coordinating initiatives to connect education with industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage with industry partners and stakeholders
• Source large volumes of work experience and T-Level industry placement opportunities
• Achieve established targets for the number of learners placed into work experience and industry placements
• Network and build relationships with industry stakeholders
• Coordinate initiatives to bridge the gap between education and industry

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience in industry engagement, business development, or related roles
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
