The Work Experience Officer will develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to facilitate work placements and career development opportunities for students, focusing on securing T-level industry placements. This role involves networking, relationship building, and coordinating initiatives to connect education with industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with industry partners and stakeholders
- Source large volumes of work experience and T-Level industry placement opportunities
- Achieve established targets for the number of learners placed into work experience and industry placements
- Network and build relationships with industry stakeholders
- Coordinate initiatives to bridge the gap between education and industry
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience in industry engagement, business development, or related roles
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
