Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals
- Share knowledge and real-world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding
- Adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in preparing learners for external assessments
- Strong knowledge of delivering on RARPA based courses
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
- Confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners
Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
