This role is responsible for supporting learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within Capital City College campuses to facilitate learning according to their needs. The role contributes to a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties)
- Differentiate and facilitate learning according to learner need
- Work with small groups, 1:1, and provide floating support
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
