About This Role

This role involves providing essential common area and bathroom cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. The position ensures a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, and vendors by maintaining property cleanliness and assisting building management.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop various floor types
• Strip, buff, and wax various floor types
• Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
• Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
• Empty trash cans, wash, and dry windows
• Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages or needed repairs
• Assist building management with all projects and other job duties as requested

Requirements

• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment
• Able to work on a team and independently
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets
