Part Time Weekend Evening Concierge

About This Role

This role involves greeting and assisting tenants, guests, and vendors in a residential building, focusing on creating individualized experiences and providing concierge services. The Concierge will manage various requests, from scheduling reservations to providing local recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
• Plan and organize on-site events
• Provide direction, referrals, and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and maintain and control keys & access cards

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
• Ability to multitask with good time-management
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
