Provide 1:1 nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home in Monroe, NY, focusing on specialized needs such as gastrostomy, oxygen, and tracheostomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing care in a patient's home
- Manage patient's gastrostomy, oxygen, and tracheostomy needs
- Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion
Requirements
- Pediatric tracheostomy experience
- NYS Nursing licensure
- Malpractice insurance
