About This Role

Provide 1:1 nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home in Monroe, NY, focusing on specialized needs such as gastrostomy, oxygen, and tracheostomy.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care in a patient's home
Manage patient's gastrostomy, oxygen, and tracheostomy needs
Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion

Requirements

Pediatric tracheostomy experience
NYS Nursing licensure
Malpractice insurance
