Provide one-on-one nursing care to a 21-year-old patient in their home, managing medical needs including gastrostomy, non-ambulatory status, non-verbal communication, and seizure activity.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing in patient's home
- Care for a 21yr old patient with gastrostomy, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, and seizure activity
- Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
Requirements
- NYS Nursing licensure
- Computer literate
- Completion of onboarding prior to training
- Ability to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift
- Malpractice insurance
