About This Role

Join a skilled nursing team focusing on adult care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Provide one-to-one client care in the home, following doctor's orders and documenting observations, all within a flexible weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

Work a minimum of 16 hours every weekend or every other weekend
Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Perform skills with autonomy in the home

Requirements

LPN licensure
Passion for adult care

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
