Weekend CNC Machine Operator

About This Role

Efficiently load material onto an automated pallet system for CNC machining work centers and use quality measuring devices. Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts as part of a line team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete loading operations per work instructions
• Plan and execute to the machining dispatch list established by production control
• Actively engage in continuous improvement for processes
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Check product against print to ensure compliance with set dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain multiple machines running at the same time
• Assist in the documentation of manufacturing requirements
• Work as a team player and communicate well with colleagues from all shifts

Requirements

• Ability to efficiently and effectively load material on an automated pallet system feeding CNC machining work centers
• Ability to use and understand quality measuring devices
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR/EAR regulations
