Weatherization Field Manager

About This Role

Manage daily field operations, overseeing 10-20 weatherization trucks and crews. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, deliver excellent customer experiences, and maintain production standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the field team
• Assist Branch Manager in morning operations
• Conduct site visits as booked by customer service and conduct surprise safety inspections
• Work with Quality Assurance Supervisor on daily operations
• Interface with program inspectors and address real team issues
• Stand permit inspections when required
• Ensure crews comply with Energize CT rules and regulations
• Perform checks to ensure testing equipment is in good working order
• Provide feedback to Crew Leads on quality issues
• Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with correct job information
• Update the customer service team on current issues
• Work with the invoicing team to correct failed QC invoices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HomeWorks university training
• 2+ years of Energize CT install experience or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Energize CT install experience or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Crew Lead certification
• Lead Safe certification
