Lead an insulation crew for a weatherization team, ensuring timely completion of work to Mass Save standards and a great customer experience. This role requires hands-on training and the ability to motivate a small team while adhering to safety best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
- Complete work in a timely manner
- Complete work up to Mass Save standards
- Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed
- Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
- Complete proper documentation for each job
- Collect copay from customer
- Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
