About This Role

As a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning, building and managing personalized financial plans. This role offers the opportunity to grow a client base, establish a strong referral network, and provide an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow your client base by making new connections and maintaining strong referral networks
• Provide a great client experience
• Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client's unique needs
• Manage client financial plans to help them achieve their goals
• Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life
• Obtain Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses
• Educate clients and deliver holistic financial plans using proprietary software
• Participate in award-winning training programs for continued development
• Utilize planning software for investments, insurance, and annuities
• Shape your workday, open an office, join a sophisticated team, or become an advanced advisor

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

• History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
