Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to individual needs
- Utilize Northwestern Mutual’s wide range of products and services to create personalized solutions
- Actively seek new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Monitor clients’ financial situations and adapt their plans as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must become fully licensed as a financial representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
