Financial Advisor

About This Role

As a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual, you will help clients achieve their financial goals by developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans. This role involves bringing together insurance and investment strategies to guide clients toward financial success, with full training and development provided.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' goals and visions to develop holistic financial solutions for retirement planning, insurance, investments, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.
• Maintain autonomy to build your own practice while receiving support from financial specialists, training programs, and mentorship.
• Develop a career that provides outstanding self-determined income potential and impacts the lives of others in a professional setting.
• Provide guidance on basic financial literacy to help clients achieve long-term financial security.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred.
• 3+ years of prior sales and/or business experience preferred. Prior financial services experience not needed.
