Wax Injector

About This Role

The Wax Injector is responsible for injecting wax patterns, performing core preparation, and maintaining quality standards for all patterns and components in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform core preparation
• Dress cores
• Inject all wax patterns, and components
• Leach solubles from wax pattern
• Maintain quality on all patterns, gating, and sprues
• Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition
• Follow procedures and all safety rules
• Perform other duties in area assigned by supervision, including lot control and/or dressing

Requirements

• High school education

Qualifications

• High school education
• Three months OJT training
