About This Role

Lead strategic initiatives and drive innovative solutions for sustainable water management as a Water Policy Manager. Coordinate, advise, and perform administrative tasks related to water resource management and long-range water supply sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable water management
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to influence water policy
• Drive innovative solutions for sustainable water management
• Perform policy-level coordination regarding water resource management and long-range water supply sustainability
• Provide advisory services on water resource management
• Handle administrative tasks related to water resource management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Water Policy, Engineering, Business Administration or Public Administration or a closely related field
• 5 years' experience in water resources planning and/or water policy
• Experience working with community leaders and other stakeholders on sustainable water resource management
• At least one year of Lead or Supervisory experience
• Reside in the State of Arizona during active employment

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Water Policy, Engineering, Business Administration or Public Administration or a closely related field from an accredited educational institution.
• 5 years' experience in water resources planning and/or water policy, including working with community leaders and other stakeholders on sustainable water resource management, plus at least one year of Lead or Supervisory experience.
