About This Role

The Ambulance Transportation Manager oversees the operations of ambulance services, ensuring efficient medical response and patient transportation. This role involves operational and budget management, as well as staff supervision and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of ambulance services within CON requirements
• Ensure efficient and effective medical response and patient transportation
• Perform operational management
• Supervise staff and implement training programs
• Ensure staff compliance with Federal and State requirements
• Manage budget for ambulance services
• Implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years related experience in research, analytics, and management of ambulance/medical/dental system
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with no major citations within the past 39 months
• Current Paramedic or Registered Nurse certification in Arizona and with National Registry of EMT's

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Three years of related experience to include research and analytics along with management and oversight of an ambulance transportation system or other medical/dental system, plus at least three years of supervisory experience.
