Warehouse Material Handler

About This Role

This role involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires operating industrial vehicles and contributing to a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Operate industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners for inventory control, including finding and putting away tires
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
• Work comfortably at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment safely
• Work on your feet for extended periods and be available for overtime as needed
• Contribute to the culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment
• Ability to abide by all Company safety policies and state/federal regulations
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
