Manage and oversee asset protection procedures within a supply chain location, ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its employees. This role involves collaborating with leadership, managing teams, and maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and by participating in inventory health and leadership rhythms
- Hire, train and coach the front desk and gate house teams
- Conduct shift review and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activity
- Oversee facility access control, badging and metal detector procedures
- Conducts applicable facility safety, environmental and security assessments
- Assist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issues
Requirements
- 2 years of asset protection experience
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of asset protection experience and 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Nice to Have
- 2 years of experience in retail or distribution operations
