About This Role

Serve as a VIP Host, delighting guests with gracious and personalized service, anticipating their needs, and resolving issues proactively. This role involves supporting VIP events and cultivating customer loyalty within a casino environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and actively enroll them in the ClubJACK loyalty program
  • Support the planning, preparation, and execution of VIP events and special promotions
  • Apply guidelines of the Casino Marketing bonus program and meet established goals
  • Use sound judgment in making decisions according to comp and expense guidelines
  • Handle difficult guest situations in a calm, professional, and prudent manner
  • Participate in off-property events, including hosting VIP guests at venues
  • Assist by fielding calls and text messages from VIP guests and other team members
  • Maintain close ties with customers to create loyalty
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs including transportation, hotel, and restaurant arrangements
  • Ensure seamless communication with Executive Host team and other property team members
  • Identify and resolve service failures, using comp authority to reinforce player loyalty
  • Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies
  • Find and develop new customers based on property leadership criteria

Requirements

  • Two to three years' experience in casino/hotel, customer service, host, or business development/account management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio
  • Proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Systematic and process-oriented mindset for customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-groomed professional appearance
  • Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years casino/hotel, customer service, host, business development, or account management experience

  • Luxury service experience
  • Multilingual
