The Village Sales Advisor at Richmond Villages is responsible for managing sales inquiries and maximizing occupancy and sales for care home, assisted living, and independent living accommodations, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings. This role involves developing and maintaining a local community presence to promote the Village and meet profit performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings
- Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager
- Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups
- Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function
- Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village
- Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets
- Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports
- Show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Ability to manage the sales process
- Personable with good communication skills
- Strong team player
Qualifications
- Sales experience, ideally within the Retirement/Eldercare/Property Industry and managing the Sales Process.
