Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and approve credit transactions
- Collaborate with relationship managers, legal teams, and senior credit committees
- Prepare detailed and high-quality credit reports
- Conduct joint due diligence
- Develop comprehensive credit assessments
- Present and defend credit cases
- Draft credit approval forms
- Ensure fulfillment of all conditions precedent before closing transactions
- Manage post-disbursement compliance with audits, loan reviews, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Real Estate sector
- Deep understanding of credit principles, underwriting, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work on complex, high-profile deals
Qualifications
- Strong educational background in finance, economics, or a related field
- Proven track record in the commercial real estate sector, with experience in financial projections, stress testing
