Lead cross-functional teams in managing the ABG vehicle damage claims, salvage processing, and post-repair order processes, focusing on quality and consistency to improve collection rates. Oversee quality improvement across internal teams, strategic suppliers, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Define quality standards across all ABG teams and external partners involved in the vehicle damage process
- Consistently score all aspects of the damage process, share findings, and drive improvements in process and customer experience
- Identify key areas of opportunity and root causes of collection failures, working with operations teams to improve processes
- Present to and collaborate with leaders of other verticals to implement programs that drive change and improve results
- Determine key metrics to track trends in improvements and setbacks, communicating action areas to executive leadership
- Own and build a cross-collaborative Post Mortem process to reduce escalations and increase collections
- Serve as a Change Management expert for operations, collecting feedback and solving roadblocks through process and tool improvements
- Develop and build a high-performing organization through coaching and mentoring indirect reports
- Drive innovation through partnerships with IT and data analytics to improve customer experience and reduce expenses
- Lead strategic initiatives, including technology rollouts and cost optimization opportunities with a quality mindset
- Develop dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility on quality programs, including KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a relevant role, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills
- Proven experience in operations and managing strategic partnerships and vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of subrogation processes, claims management, and collections
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and optimize performance in non-direct reports in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology and data analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a relevant role
