Greeting customers, securing keys, and checking cars into the computer system while providing excellent customer service in an outdoor role.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Secure vehicle keys
- Record mileage and gas levels
- Inspect vehicles for damage
- Check cars into the computer system
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot
- Ability to enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- 6 months retail customer service experience
