This Utility Position focuses on traffic control within construction sites for Pike Industries, a leading highway contractor. Responsibilities include performing manual labor, directing traffic, setting up signage, and maintaining traffic control equipment, ensuring safe and efficient work zones.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor such as raking and looting
- Direct and guide traffic through construction sites when necessary
- Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator
- Set up and relocate construction sign packages
- Place cones and provide general maintenance of arrow and message boards
