Unit Clerk Certified Nursing Assistant PRN

About This Role

This role involves providing safe, competent, patient-centered care as part of the Nursing Team, under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent, patient-centered care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy
• Provide care under the direction of the registered nurse
• Participate as an active member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department
• Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups

Requirements

• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
• CNA certificate and/or a certificate of completion of a CNA program and/or PCT certificate OR Medical Assistant certificate and/or a certificate of a MA program OR Current enrollment in an LVN, ADN or BSN accredited school of nursing with successful completion of first semester at a minimum
• Must be > 18 years of age by the date of hire

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or Higher Education preferred

• Experience in an acute care setting
