Supervise security operations at a logistics/warehouse facility in Miami, ensuring adherence to post orders and standard operating procedures. This leadership role involves direct management of security personnel and maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations at a logistics/warehouse facility
• Ensure adherence to Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Act quickly and efficiently according to directives
• Perform foot patrols as needed

Requirements

• Active Florida Class D Security License
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse environments
• Ability to perform foot patrols as needed
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse environments, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred for the ideal candidate.
