Serve as a Food Runner for Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery from the kitchen to guests while providing exceptional service and upholding Four Seasons standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service
- Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
- Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
- Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence
Requirements
- Tuberculous (TB) clearance card (required by Hawaii State Department of Health)
- Legal work authorization in United States
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
- Weekend & Holiday availability
Qualifications
- Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
