About This Role

Perform a variety of Ultrasound imaging procedures, applying high-frequency sound waves to provide static, real-time, and Doppler images of internal human anatomy to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and pathology.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of Ultrasound imaging procedures
  • Apply high-frequency sound waves to provide static, real-time, and Doppler images of internal human anatomy
  • Aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and pathology
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Carry out policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory bodies
  • Operate equipment safely and maintain standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of the A.R. D.M.S.
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
