As an Ultrasound Technologist PRN, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to detect and evaluate pathology, operating equipment and ensuring high-quality image capture. You will also upload studies to PACS and support the efficient daily operations of the Ultrasound Department at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures using ultrasound imaging
- Detect and evaluate pathology through ultrasound imaging
- Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment
- Ensure high-quality images are captured
- Upload studies to PACS
- Support the daily operations of the Ultrasound Department
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Vocational School Graduate
