This role requires the Twin Peaks Girl to interact with, entertain, and provide best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest, while adhering to the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to all Image & Costume Guidelines
- Interact with and entertain guests
- Promote events and specials to benefit the business
- Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, greeting guests
- Execute food and drink orders including taking, suggestive selling, ringing in, delivering, checking back, pre-bussing, and settling checks
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to read and understand the menu
- Ability to write and ring in tickets
- Ability to operate a computerized register system
- Ability to suggestively sell menu items
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required
