About This Role

Serve as a Twin Peaks Girl, interacting with guests, providing best-in-class service and hospitality, and actively selling food and beverages while maintaining the brand's presentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Twin Peaks Girl Presentation Guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests, providing best-in-class service and hospitality
• Promote events and specials to enhance business goodwill and profitability
• Handle food and drink orders, including taking, suggestive selling, ringing in, delivering, and settling checks
• Successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program
• Attend and complete all required training for local and state regulations (food/alcohol service certifications)
• Maintain required certifications during employment

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Ability to read and understand the menu
• Ability to write and ring in tickets
• Ability to operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to simple instructions
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
• Ability to meet and maintain Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines (costume, makeup, hair, and nails)
• Acknowledgement that job duties, costume requirements, and environment are not offensive, intimidating, hostile, or unwelcome
