About This Role

This role requires the Heart of House Line Cook to meticulously prepare food, ensuring exceptional quality, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently met for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to uniform standards
  • Adhere to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Train using tablets or computer

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
  • Attend and successfully complete HOH training program
  • Attend and successfully complete required local and state training

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook.

Certifications

food and/or alcohol service certifications (Required)
