About This Role

This role involves working with professional development in child and youth placement cases, focusing on quality assurance across the unit. The coordinator will ensure high quality in case management and support the unit's action plan for operations and target management in the placement area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality in case management for child and youth placement cases
• Support the unit's action plan for operations and target management in the placement area
• Manage the annual cycle with deadlines for reviewing the unit's placement grants
• Support the preparation and holding of visitation processes
• Support the quality of professional assessments in follow-ups on placements
• Perform financial quality assurance in placement cases, including contract review and financial registrations in DUBU
• Lead the unit's operational guard, an acute function handled by child and youth counselors
• Allocate tasks and support child and youth counselors' work in the operational guard function
• Participate in daily professional leadership, supporting counselors' task resolution and professional development through workshops, case sparring, and review

Requirements

• Socially and legally well-founded
• Solid authority experience in social work
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to create good collaborative processes with focus on the common task
• Good overview and ability to prioritize in busy situations
• Experience with giving feedback and sparring
• Sharp eye for professional leadership
• Desire to be part of a management group
