About This Role

This role involves working as a social worker within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, voluntary treatment for individuals facing alcohol and substance abuse issues. The position focuses on assessment, clarification, and treatment planning in close collaboration with citizens and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with citizens and the team to arrange relevant treatment courses, including conducting individual counseling sessions
• Ensure coordination and coherence across various offerings and, in cooperation with the team, prepare treatment plans for outpatient, day, and inpatient treatment
• Write decisions, process requests for access to files, hear citizen's arguments, and ensure high quality in journaling
• Conduct courses and group activities
• Serve as a social professional therapist in a fixed citizen-near team
