Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a professional demeanor and image
- Schedule appointments and answer patient questions
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Collect payments for services
- Ensure the office flows smoothly
- Coordinate timely patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years front office experience presenting Treatment plans and reviewing service costs
- Knowledge of Orthodontic terminology and case presentation
- Computer literate
- Customer Service experience
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of front office experience presenting treatment plans and discussing service costs.
Nice to Have
- Denticon experience
- Bilingual proficiency
- Insurance billing experience
