Lead field operations for complex commercial construction projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met, with a focus on subcontractor performance. Deliver high-impact projects as part of a renowned commercial builder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations to keep work moving safely and efficiently
• Manage subcontractors and schedules to maintain quality and productivity
• Ensure strict safety compliance and uphold company standards on site
• Coordinate with project managers and design partners to resolve issues quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in education, municipal, retail, commercial, or institutional construction
• Successfully ran multiple ground up projects as lead superintendent from start to finish
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in education, municipal, retail, commercial, or institutional construction
