Oversee all onsite operations for commercial construction projects, specifically agricultural new builds involving pre-engineered metal buildings, ensuring effective subcontractor management, safety adherence, and quality control from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full onsite coordination of the construction project
- Manage subcontractors effectively to ensure smooth project execution
- Enforce safety standards and protocols on the construction site
- Develop and maintain construction schedules
- Ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Facilitate the smooth transition from groundbreaking to project closeout
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in the commercial construction industry
- Proven ability to manage pre-engineered metal building projects
- Ability to navigate Procore software
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in the commercial construction industry
