This Architect role focuses on design development, technical coordination, and project delivery for complex critical facilities, particularly within high-tech architecture projects such as data centers and advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate design solutions through construction documentation
- Produce detailed 2D/3D models using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants and manage documentation
- Resolve technical/design issues and ensure constructible solutions
- Oversee drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of building codes
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Knowledge of sustainability standards (LEED, WELL, Net Zero)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in Critical Facilities or strong interest
- Data center experience
- Proficiency in BIM 360
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Enscape
