About This Role

Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software, maintaining effective professional relationships with medical staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse
• Maintain effective professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and families
• Handle sensitive and confidential patient information

Requirements

• Radiation Therapist State License (Massachusetts)
• 1+ years of continuous clinical experience
• Knowledge of radiation therapy equipment and procedures
• Proficiency in Radiation Oncology Information Systems and Hospital Information Systems integration

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy (preferred)
• Minimum 1+ years of continuous clinical experience

Nice to Have

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-T) certification
