Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software, maintaining effective professional relationships with medical staff, patients, and families.
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse
- Maintain effective professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and families
- Handle sensitive and confidential patient information
Requirements
- Radiation Therapist State License (Massachusetts)
- 1+ years of continuous clinical experience
- Knowledge of radiation therapy equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in Radiation Oncology Information Systems and Hospital Information Systems integration
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy (preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years of continuous clinical experience
Nice to Have
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-T) certification
