About This Role

This role is for a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse at Rutherford Regional Medical Center, providing specialized care in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology. This position ensures comprehensive care for a diverse patient population, including maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology specialties
  • Work night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) with guaranteed 36 hours weekly
  • Work every 3rd weekend with no call requirements
  • Float to other units as required

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology
  • Charge experience
  • Registered Nurse License in North Carolina
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • NRP certification
  • STABLE certification
  • AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology with charge experience.

Meditech * Philips fetal monitors with OB Trave Vue *
